Emergency Water Contacts
During regular office hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM), Regional
District Water System customers may call our main office at 469-6241. If you
have an emergency outside of those regular hours, or on a statutory holiday, please
call (250) 868-5299 and leave a message. One of our staff will contact you as soon as
possible to get the details and discuss your water service problem.
Water Customers should direct Billing Inquiries to the Regional District
Finance Department at 250-469-6290 or by email.
