For information regarding your invoice you can access the information on-line
through our Virtual District
Office. You will need your account number and your PIN number that is printed
on your invoice to access your account information.
You can also contact us by phone at (250) 469-6242, by email at
finance@cord.bc.ca, or in person at our office located at 1450 K.L.O. Road,
Kelowna, BC.
Payment Options
Invoice payments can be made by cash, cheque, money order, Visa, Mastercard,
or debit card. (Please note that not all methods of payments are available at all
locations). You may
pay on-line, by
mail, or in person.
1. Pay On-line
You can search for and pay your invoice using Visa and Mastercard from our
secure site: Pay your bills
on-line.
2. Payment by Mail
When paying by mail, write the account number of your invoice on the cheque
or money order and make payable to "Regional District of Central Okanagan". Please
accept the cancelled cheque as your receipt. Address envelope to:
