Garbage - Residential
Who Participates
Municipal or regional government provides garbage collection service to most single-family
homes within the City of Kelowna, Regional District
and the Districts of Peachland, Lake Country
and West Kelowna. Residents on Westbank First
Nation Reserves #9 and #10
or Okanagan First Nation
Duck Lake Reserve #7 follow this link for information.
Apartment buildings and
condominiums are

council will have
details regarding your
waste collection system.
Residents near Trader's
Cove and along North
Westside Road use waste
transfer stations (Information
Link).
The following
information applies to
residents receiving
municipal waste
collection only.
